Refund & Return Policy on Physical Books and Products

We believe in our products and services 100%.  If the product(s) you purchased does not satisfy your expectations, within 30 days of purchase, we will refund you your purchase price*.

We will also correct or replace a defective product or order at no expense to you within 20 days of purchase or 15 days of delivery, whichever is later.  

We also want to make your purchase a quick and smooth process.  Below are the details on our refund & return policies and procedures for physical products.

 

At this time there are no refunds on digital ebooks, mp3 audio programs or physical CD’s. However, please contact us if you are dissatisfied for any reason with these products. 

RETURNS

Customers have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date it was purchased.

To be eligible for a return and refund:

  1. The item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.
  2. The item must be in the original packaging.
  3. The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

The customer may return new, unused, unopened, re-sellable  items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.  The customer is responsible for the shipping costs and any damage done to the product during return shipping. 

We pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). The customer pays for return shipping on all other refunds or exchanges.

Customers should expect to receive a refund within four weeks of giving the package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 10 business days).

*REFUNDS

 The customer is required to contact us and make arrangements to ship the item(s) back.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a 2-10 of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations (See International Shipping).

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

On nearly all products shipped, you will receive and email with a tracking number that you can track the package and make arrangements for delivery.  Once the product is shipped, please use the tracking number and contact the shipping company for and delivery timing questions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally but please keep in mind that both the shipping rates and shipping times will vary depending on your location.

Also be mindful that import taxes vary from country to country. Please contact the customs department for the country you are having your package delivered to if you have any concerns regarding customs/duty taxes. It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay any VAT taxes, and/or duty/customs taxes on goods purchased outside of the country that the package is being delivered to.
